Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing all returns.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging if possible and ensure they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to the return address provided by our support representative.
Refund or Replacement
Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement cartridges within 3-5 business days.
